David Eustis has over twenty years of trial experience, and welcomes every opportunity to guide clients through our complex legal system.
Christopher C. Graham graduated from Western Albemarle in 1982 and received his undergraduate degree from UCLA. He taught English in Matsuyama, Japan followed by three years at the Boys’ Latin School in Baltimore, Maryland before attending law school at California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. His teaching experience has made him exceptionally well-prepared to present cases to a judge or jury.
David Eustis and Christopher Graham have handled hundreds of serious felony cases including jury trials involving rape, robbery and murder, as well as hundreds of misdemeanor offenses and juvenile delinquency matters. We have an excellent reputation as trial attorneys, and we welcome any opportunity to try cases before a jury.
David Eustis has extensive experience advising clients in developing an estate plan. That experience also renders him exceptionally qualified to advise clients about the probate process and potential litigation.
Christopher Graham has spent more than a decade working with families who undertake the challenge of caring for loved ones who cannot care for themselves. It can be a difficult and sometimes heart-wrenching experience, and Mr. Graham can effectively and efficiently guide you through the process.
Christopher Graham is trained in “Collaborative Family Law,” and though he does not always employ the collaborative process, both he and David Eustis use collaboration and mediation in helping their clients reach mutually acceptable settlements. We are trial attorneys and are always prepared to take matters before a judge, but when children enter the picture settlement is by far the superior method of resolving differences.
